Healthy Side Dish Or Snack

Sometimes in our busy lives it is exhausting trying to think of new but good healthy dishes for the family. Try this one. It makes a great snack or a side dish with dinner.

Cook 3/4 cup of cous cous
Toss through
small amount of organic butter
lemon zest to taste
chopped pistachio nuts
currents and
organic dried apricots chopped

Cous Cous is quick and easy. Healthy living doesn’t have to be hard.
