In Australia around 3000 men die from this form of cancer. While there are thousands more treated for this and inflamed prostate. Like all disease prevention is the key rather than trying to cure the rath once it has taken hold.

There are things we can do to reduce the risk, it is recommended that from the age of around 35 -40 years our gents should start to take supplements rich in Saw palmetto it is the most researched and popular supplements for maintain good prostate health. Saw palmetto (also known as “old mans friend”) helps relieve urinary issues and helps reduce enlarged prostate.  A product called Prostality has been seen as a huge benefit to numerous men. There are other nutritional sources that help prevent prostate irregularities are zinc supplements and foods rich in zinc such as pumpkin seeds (pepitas), sunflower seeds, legumes, fish and foods rich in whole-grains. PSI Dropped from 24 to 4.

A few years ago my husband was having terrible pain and discomfort from and enlarged prostate and was on prescription medication and had to undergo invasive exploratory tests. We found Prostality and now he no longer suffers pain or discomfort and the best thing he hasn’t needed prescription medication.

His PSI level has continually gone down each year from a high 24 to 4 which is amazing. Our GP can’t understand these results but had told him to continue doing what he has been doing.

Sleep Better, Feel Better

I used to get out of bed three to four times every night. After using Prostality for just four days that became unnecessary. Now I get a full nights sleep and feeling a lot fitter. I have also found that I visit the toilet less during the day as well.
